Actually more like squares - made 2 big slabs, scored them, and separated them after baking. Topped with big globs of frosting.

I had planned on eating them myself this week, but after having a few yesterday I decided that I really didn't need to put on 10 lbs this week.

Took in 28 to work. 45 minutes later and all were gone.

It's sad that the govt. of Turkey won't allow his school, where he learned what he knows about Christianity, to operate, but also won't allow anyone who isn't from Turkey to hold his office. That confused me. When he dies, if there's no one from Turkey who's qualified to take the office, what happens then?

About -20C with the windchill. I frigging love this weather.

Have had the dog for 18 months. Only dog exposure in my life.

Smoke a half gram of hash - learn more about that dog in those 45 minutes than the previous 18 months. I'll forget it all tomorrow.

Braved the crowds today

Was at the mall about 20 minutes after it opened. Big crowds. Stood in line - about 12 people deep - at two small shops. I wouldn't want to be out shopping this afternoon.

Going to make some shortbread cookies, grill some lamb, and then make a hash milkshake.
